Service fine. Poor excuse given as to why they could not clean / Valet the car afterwards. This is a tiny perk for paying the premium price for BMW servicing and this service centre chooses not to offer it.

Didn't do anything outstanding. I requested a vac and wash as it was offered to me and they didn't bother doing it - which is not the first time that's happened at a BMW garage. Not sure why you offer it if you're not going to do it.

What I requested to be done was not done to a satisfactory standard, e.g. I ordered a winter check but upon checking my coolant levels a day later, it was extremely low. Also, some of the issues I requested to be checked weren't.

My vehicle was dirty on its return, with numerous muddy marks on the passenger seat. It was clean when it left our possession so either happened at BMW Watford or with the recovery team. Either way it should not have been returned to us dirty.

The person who apologised for the delay just used the words and blamed others for overbooking. However didn't keep me informed and acted as if he was doing me a favor by knocking off the £10 cleaning when you have been doing this for years

Would have been completely satisfied if the smaller things I'd asked for had been done. health check - unsure if fluids were topped up, wipers were not checked, replaced myself a few days later for being warn. No oil top up, was incl in my check in

The lady fielding my initial enquiry was pleasant and helpful on making sure I received the right service. The receptionists were welcoming, warm and fun. Showing patience when helping with the booking in process. Engineers explained simply. All good

I was disappointed by the wait time for my mot I overheard a conversation about an issue with mot being delayed but wasn't told directly. However it didn't really affect me once I knew as I had the time to spare and I did get an apology at the end

The car went in for recall work car has come out worse making horrendous noise hopefully it will settle down I also asked to check a slow puncture which they said was fine (but it's still going down) also a present I had in the boot has become damage

When I dropped off the key I asked if it would be possible to put some air in the right rear tyre whilst working on the car. This was noted on the form. However it was not done, which was disappointing

Smooth process from handing in keys to getting a call from Hannah the next day once brake fluid change and inspection done. Only slight challenge was the delay in getting my car suitably parked for later pick-up whilst my wife awaited the keys

I was told when booking that a Technician would access the car remotely and determine the reason for the engine fault prior to the visit. This did not happen and as a result I was charged £124 to investigate a fault that no longer existed.

When I made the appointment by phone I was told it would take 1 hour and a half and that the car would be washed and cleaned. Of course the car was ready after 30 minutes unwashed and I'm wondering if my brake fluid was replaced or not?

Good communication and friendly service. My car was recovered with a diagnosis of a faulty starter motor from the RAC. I still had to pay £149 for the same diagnosis from you guys. I thought this could be waived when you did the work.

I will never buy another BMW as I will no doubt at some point need a recall - I never want to have this awful experience again. I'm sure you will never get to read this review and this survey is just a tick box. Regards Sarah Watkin
