Brake Fluid change done , The car had a Noise that we still haven't resolved however its not obvious on location and agreed i will monitor it . Staff very Helpful.

Overall, satisfied, but the work took a bit longer than I expected. Also, I wasn't advised on car pick up that the new MoT certificate was only available online at GOV.UK, so I was unsure about the Pass until I went online to check on my own.

I came in for a brake fluid check and they checked the tyres. In video mechanic points at some wear and tear on tyres and alloys but says everything is fine. Then I got the report and under amber was 2 new front tyres, and red 2 news wheels - £2600.

Excellent service. Very friendly and courteous staff. Only lost a star because on making the appointment I was told it would take an hour so I decided to wait (it's 15 minutes each way from home). It took 3 hours. ??

The centre was really efficient, and they managed to finish the work on the same day. They were also very kind, and sent a video of the car check. The check in process was very straightforward.

Incompetent MOT resulted in a misleading report, a failed retest and the need for another MOT. The final MOT took 10 mins on the phone to get through. On arrival I was told there was insufficient time so I must rebook, meanwhile driving illegally!

1. bmw with Centre for 3 weeks. 2. calls to the centre for an update. Always many attempts before getting through to speak to reception. 3. On collection my bmw, was covered in bird's poo, grime & twigs. No explanation. 4. Engine light come back on.

Booked in for a service/ MOT. The service was complete but no MOT. They promised to do it first thing the following morning. 3.30 the following day we received a call to say the ramp was now broken. This was on the 17th. Not heard from them !!!!

I would have given 5 stars however my dash cam was disconnected, (which is fine for the privacy reasons ) however BMW service agent could not help reconnect it & I had to drive to Halfords. It had been disconnected in 2 places by service centre.

This was my first experience, and the parts and services were not plentiful enough at the centre, even though they had plenty of advance notice of the Vehicle Inspection appointment. Also, there were technical issues with the tyre-changing machine.

Since my booking on 13th february at bmw watford - after a Health check by them lv had to return twice to corrrect faults and now have another when l must have the car re-checked for a further fault. This was a recall by your company for airbag work

The service itself was fine. 2 issues; 1. Insufficient courtesy cars for a site which is in the middle of an industrial estate. 2. Most main dealers I have ever been to clean the car as a complementary service. Disappointing that you don't.

My visit to the service centre in Watford was for a recall for my Bmw X3. My experience was good and went well as planned. The courtesy car was provided as requested. The staff at the reception were polite, smiling and efficiently helpful.

I arrived to be told my appointment for my service was not on the system even though I had confirmation it was. It then took 45mins to set my car up on the system before my service could even commence.

I found the service I have received totally under whelming. For a "luxury" brand I would expect better. Never a car spare when yours is being serviced, service plan never being in "credit", so having to top it up, your car doesn't get washed

My car was taken to Group 1 by BMW assist. It needed 2 new run flats which were fitted and were well priced compared to others. Collecting the car could not have been easier with Tia being particularly helpful.
