Oil service was all good, bit oil was left on the inside door handle area. Also the screen wash was not topped up as well, as it low washer indicator came on shortly after driving home.

Booking my appointment and checking in was easy on the app. The work carried out was great. I thought I had booked a timed slot and am unhappy that I was not made aware that this wasn't the case so my car was in all day.

Estimated time for instrument cluster replacement was 1 day but allow 2 in case coding runs over. Car delivered 9am Thursday but not ready by Friday evening. Advised work should continue on Saturday. Called, no reply. And not advised.

Diagnosis work not carried out. I was charged £180.00 to plug my car in, none of what was spoken about was done. Also left my car parked under trees all night so had bird poo all over the car when I collected it.

Car was given for MOT & Service and I understand that you still don't have water licence to wash but no hovering was done. Last year hover was done without being washed and £10 refunded for not washing

Awful. Car towed on 8 August (YG26WGX). Repeated calls for progress check went into a musak hold and typically held for 20 minutes, sometimes not answered at all. I learnt on 27 August that my car was fixed, but only after I chased for an update.

I had the service inclusive (brake fluid change & m'filter booked on the car when I bought it. Was also advised that the LH track rod end rubber was damaged and was quoted to £392. I declined, went home and found there was no damage, but was on RH?

Not quite there as there is I think 2 tier service . If you arrange finance and everthing from the dealership they tend to negotiate. If you buy on cash they not to provide same level of service as the dealership is not benefitting from it.

The rear toe values remain outside specification and were not corrected. The vehicle still pulls to the right, could you please explain why these values were left outside target?That has a large influnce on whether wheels tracks straight.
